Exercise program for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
1. Pinch putty between tips of fingers and thumb.
2. Flatten putty on table and squeeze putty between finger tips and thumb keeping fingers and thumb straight.
3. Follow as above and then pinch and pull putty up from table.
4. Grip and squeeze putty
5. Push thumb into putty and then extend thumb to pull it out of putty.
